General APN Settings

• APN: mobile

• Enable Data Roaming

• Username/Password: Not required

Mobile Phone Setup

General Setup:

• Check: Ensure the phone is unlocked from any carrier.

• Enable Data Roaming in your phone’s settings.

• Add New APN:

○APN: mobile

○(Username and password do not need to be entered)

Android:

1.Go to Settings > Mobile Data.

2.Enable Data Roaming.

3.Select Access Point Names (APNs).

4.Tap the icon in the upper-right corner, then tap New APN.

5.Set APN to mobile (Username and password do not need to be entered).

6.Tap OK to save settings.

      iPhone:

      1.Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data).

      2.Tap Cellular Data Network to access APN settings.

      3.Toggle off Use Carrier Settings and enter:

      ○APN: mobile

      ○(Username and password do not need to be entered)

      4.Save settings and enable Data Roaming.

             

            Camera Setup

            General Instructions:

            Insert the SIM into the camera, which should activate automatically if inserted correctly.

            Reolink Cameras:

            Insert the SIM; it will activate automatically.

            UBOX Camera:

            1.Insert the SIM; it will activate automatically.

            2.If it doesn’t connect:

            • In the UBOX app, add the device and select Setup 4G Device.

            • Tap Blue light isn’t constantly on? and select Setup APN.

            • Scan your camera’s QR code, then enter:

            ○APN: mobile

            ○Authorization Mode: PAP

            • Tap OK to save settings.

            Router Setup

            General Instructions:

            Insert the SIM, access the router’s web settings, and configure APN.

            GL.iNet Router:

            1.Insert SIM and access the router’s web admin panel via a browser.

            2.In NETWORK, select Manual Setup and set APN to mobile.

            3.Save settings, then remove and reinsert the SIM.

            TP-Link Router:

            1.Insert SIM and access the router’s web admin panel.

            2.Go to Network > Advanced, click Create Profile, and set:

            • APN: mobile

            • Username/Password: Leave blank

            3.Save settings and enable Data Roaming.
