Physical eSIM Setup

On Android Phone:

  1. Insert eSIM Physical Card
    Insert your eSIM physical card into the SIM card slot (Slot 1) of your Android phone.

  2. Enable Data Roaming
    Ensure that Data Roaming is enabled to access the internet.

  3. Manage eSIM Profile with EIOTCLUB App

    • Download the EIOTCLUB App from Google Play and create an account to log in.

    • When prompted with:

      “An EIOTCLUB physical eSIM card has been detected. Would you like to add it to your SIM Card list? EID: ...”

      Tap “OK” to add the eSIM.

    • An eSIM card slot will be added to your app account.

    • Tap “Remote” to manage your eSIM profile.

    • Tap the “+” icon to add a new eSIM profile:

      • Scan the QR code of an existing virtual eSIM or purchase a new one from the eSIM Shop.

      • After purchase, click “Download” to add the eSIM to the slot.

    • Tap the Enable button next to the eSIM to enable or disable it.

  4. Troubleshoot Connection Issues
    If the network does not connect successfully:

    • Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Access Point Names (APNs).

    • Tap the icon in the upper-right corner > Tap “New APN” and enter the APN details:

      • APN settings:

        • altanwifi for Americas

        • mobile for Asia

      • Username and password are not required.

      • Enable Data Roaming.

On Apple iPhone (Requires EIOTCLUB Card Reader):

  1. Insert eSIM Physical Card
    Insert the eSIM physical card into your iPhone.

  2. Enable Data Roaming
    Ensure that Data Roaming is enabled to access the internet.

  3. Manage eSIM Profile with EIOTCLUB Card Reader

    • Insert the eSIM physical card into the EIOTCLUB Card Reader and plug it into the USB port on your PC.

    • Download the card reader software for your PC from the download link.

    • Click “Read” to access SIM information.

    • Click “Download” to add more eSIM profiles to the physical card.
    • Choose the eSIM profile you want to use and click “Enable” to activate it.
    • Reinsert the eSIM physical card back into your iPhone.

5.If the network does not connect successfully:

  • Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network and enter the following APN settings:

    • APN settings:

      • altanwifi for Americas

      • mobile for Asia

    • Username and password are not required.

    • Enable Data Roaming.

On GL-iNet Router:

  1. Insert eSIM Physical Card
    Insert your eSIM physical card into a compatible GL-iNet router (e.g., Mudi, Spitz AX, Puli AX).

  2. Access the GL.iNet Admin Panel
    Connect to the router's Wi-Fi, open a browser, and go to 192.168.8.1 to access the GL.iNet Admin Panel.

  3. Update Firmware
    Ensure that your GL.iNet router has the latest firmware.

  4. Manage eSIM Profile

    • On the GL.iNet Admin Panel:

      Go to APPLICATIONS > eSIM Manage to open the eSIM management app.

    • On the EIOTCLUB App:

      • Download the EIOTCLUB App from Google Play and create an account.

      • Tap the “+” icon to add your physical eSIM (enter EID numbers). An eSIM card slot will be added to your app account.

      • Tap “Remote” (If you see the message "device not online," restart the router and try again.)

      • Tap the “+” icon to add a new eSIM profile:

        • Scan the QR code or purchase one from the eSIM Shop.

        • After purchasing, click “Download” to add the eSIM.

      • Tap the Enable button next to the eSIM to enable or disable it.

  5. Troubleshoot Connection Issues

    • On the GL.iNet Admin Panel:

      Tap “Internet” and click "Abort" on the eSIM profile.

      Then try “Auto Setup” or “Manual Setup” to check the APN settings:

      • APN settings:

        • altanwifi for Americas

        • mobile for Asia

      • Username and password are not required.
