Physical eSIM on Android Phone
1.Insert eSIM Physical Card
Insert your eSIM physical card into your Android phone (SIM card slot 1).
2.Enable Data Roaming
Ensure Data Roaming is enabled to access the internet.
3.Manage Your eSIM Profile with EIOTCLUB App
• Download the EIOTCLUB App from Google Play and create an account to log in.
• When prompted with “An EIOTCLUB physical eSIM card has been detected. Would you like to add it to your SIM Card list? EID: ...” > tap “OK.”
• An eSIM card slot will be added to your app account.
• Tap “Remote” to manage your eSIM profile.
• Tap the “+” icon to add a new eSIM profile. (Scan the QR code of an existing virtual eSIM or purchase a new one from the eSIM Shop. Once purchased, click "Download" > after a short wait, the new eSIM will be added to the slot.)
• Tap the enable button next to the eSIM to enable or disable it.
4.Troubleshoot Connection Issues
If the network does not connect successfully:
• Go to Settings > “Mobile Data” > “Access Point Names (APNs).”
• Tap the icon in the upper right corner > tap “New APN” and enter the APN details:
○ APN: mobile.three.com.hk
○ (Username and password are not required.)
Physical eSIM on Apple iPhone (requires EIOTCLUB Card Reader)
1.Insert eSIM Physical Card
Insert the eSIM physical card into your iPhone.
2.Enable Data Roaming
Ensure Data Roaming is enabled to access the internet.
3.Manage eSIM Profile with EIOTCLUB Card Reader
• Insert your eSIM physical card into the EIOTCLUB card reader and plug it into the USB port on your PC.
• Download the software for the card reader on your PC (download link).
• Click "Read" to access SIM information.
• Click "Download" to add more eSIM profiles to the physical card.
•Choose an eSIM profile and click “Enable” to activate it.
• Reinsert the eSIM physical card back into your iPhone.
4.Troubleshoot Connection Issues
• Go to Settings > “Cellular” > “Cellular Data Network.”
• Enter the following APN settings:
○ APN: mobile.three.com.hk
○ (Username and password are not required.)
Physical eSIM on GL-iNet Router
1.Insert eSIM Physical Card
Insert your eSIM physical card into the compatible router (Mudi, Spitz AX, Puli AX, etc.).
2.Access the GL.iNet Admin Panel
Connect to the router's WiFi > open a browser and enter “192.168.8.1” in the address bar.
3.Update Firmware
Ensure your GL.iNet router has the latest firmware.
4.Manage eSIM Profile
• On the GL.iNet Admin Panel: Go to "APPLICATIONS" > “eSIM Manage” to open the eSIM Manage application.
• On the EIOTCLUB App:
○ Download the EIOTCLUB App from Google Play and create an account.
○Tap the “+” icon to add your physical eSIM (enter EID numbers). An eSIM card slot will be added to your app account.
○Tap “Remote.” (If you receive "device not online," restart the router and try again.)
○Tap the “+” icon to add a new eSIM profile (scan a QR code or purchase one from the eSIM Shop. Click "Download" and wait for the eSIM to add).
○Tap the enable button next to the eSIM to enable or disable it.
5.Troubleshoot Connection Issues
• On the GL.iNet Admin Panel > tap “Internet” > click "Abort" on the eSIM profile.
• Try “Auto Setup” or “Manual Setup” to check APN:
○APN: mobile.three.com.hk
○ (Username and password are not required.)
