Considerations for Using EIOTCLUB eSIM on Mobile Phones:

  1. Ensure the Mobile Phone is Not Locked to a Carrier.

  2. Configure Phone Settings:

    • 2.1 Enable data roaming.

    • 2.2 Add a new APN and set it to the appropriate APN Settings (no need for username and password).

      • APN Settings:

        • North America: altanwifi

        • Asia: mobile

      • Note: Sometimes, the mobile phone will automatically recognize the APN. If this happens, there is no need to manually set the APN.

How to Install EIOTCLUB eSIM on Different Devices

1. On iPhone:

  1. Place an Order to Get eSIM QR Code
    Choose your destination and data plan in the online store or through the EIOTCLUB app, and you will be given an exclusive eSIM QR code.

  2. Scan the QR Code
    Open the camera on your iPhone and scan the QR code. Alternatively, go to Settings > Mobile Data and select Add Data Plan to scan the QR code.

  3. Follow iPhone Prompts
    After scanning the QR code, follow the on-screen steps to install the eSIM.

    Note: For iOS 17.4 and later, simply press and hold the eSIM QR code and tap the “Add eSIM” option at the bottom of the menu.

2. On Samsung:

  1. Place an Order to Get eSIM QR Code

    Choose your destination and data plan in the online store or through the EIOTCLUB app, and you will be given an exclusive eSIM QR code.

  2. Open Settings on Your Phone

    Go to Connections > SIM card manager, then click on Add eSIM to start the installation process.

  3. Scan the QR Code and Follow Installation Steps

    Scan your eSIM QR code and follow the on-screen steps to install the eSIM. Once installed, follow the activation instructions to connect to the Internet.

3. On Google Pixel:

  1. Place an Order to Get eSIM QR Code

    Choose your destination and data plan in the online store or through the EIOTCLUB app, and you will be given an exclusive eSIM QR code.

  2. Open Settings on Your Phone

    Go to Network & Internet and tap the + icon next to your main plan. Tap Download a SIM instead? then select Next to begin the installation process.

  3. Scan the QR Code and Follow Installation Steps

    Scan your eSIM QR code and follow the on-screen steps to install the eSIM. After installation, follow the activation instructions to connect to the Internet.

4. On Android Devices:

  1. Place an Order to Get eSIM QR Code

    Choose your destination and data plan in the online store or through the EIOTCLUB app, and you will be given an exclusive eSIM QR code.

  2. Open Settings on Your Phone

    Go to Connections > Network & Internet, then click on the + icon next to Mobile Network.

  3. Scan the QR Code and Follow Installation Steps

    Scan your eSIM QR code and follow the on-screen steps to install the eSIM. Once installed, follow the activation instructions to connect to the Internet.

5. On GL-iNet Routers:

  1. Place an Order to Get the Physical eSIM

    Purchase a physical eSIM from the online store. You will receive a physical eSIM with an EID number.

  2. Insert the Physical eSIM into the GL-iNet Router

    Insert the eSIM into the router and log in to the GL-iNet management platform for setup. Refer to the manual included with the GL-iNet device for detailed settings. Note: If you need to purchase a new eSIM profile for your physical eSIM, it’s recommended to do so via the EIOTCLUB app, where you can directly download the QR code to activate it after purchase.
